Article 12.--RECORDS
K.A.R. 100-12-1. Records.
All records which are required by law to be maintained by
the board shall be open to public inspection under the following
conditions:
(1) Records shall be inspected at the board office located in Topeka.
(2) Records shall be inspected during normal working hours and under
the supervision of the executive director of the board.
(3) Any person who inspects the records shall sign a written request.
